✅ Order Modifications:
Changes are only allowed within 2 hours of placing your order. No cancellations are accepted after placing an order.

✅ Return Eligibility for Non-Custom Products:

  • Only accepted for damaged or defective items.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

For approved claims, we will offer an exchange or a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
