  • No. All customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You raise the return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact.
  • An unboxing video is provided as proof of damage.

  • Size/dimension issues when details are mentioned in the listing.
  • Damage caused by improper use or handling.
  • Labels peeling/failing due to incorrect application.

  • Share an unboxing video immediately upon delivery.
  • Return the item in its original packaging.
  • Kraft Crate will reship at no extra cost or issue a full refund, as per your choice.

How long does it take to process refunds?

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
