- No. All customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- You raise the return request within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact.
- An unboxing video is provided as proof of damage.

- Size/dimension issues when details are mentioned in the listing.
- Damage caused by improper use or handling.
- Labels peeling/failing due to incorrect application.
What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?
- Share an unboxing video immediately upon delivery.
- Return the item in its original packaging.
- Kraft Crate will reship at no extra cost or issue a full refund, as per your choice.
How long does it take to process refunds?
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Actual timelines may vary depending on your bank.
