All customized and personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged or defective on delivery.

- Unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage.

- Damage from improper use or handling.
- Labels peeling or failing due to incorrect application.
✅ Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:

✔ We’ll reship at no extra cost or offer full refund—your choice.
