All customized and personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
✔ Please ensure all details (spellings, selections) are correct at checkout.
✔ We are not responsible for errors submitted by customers.


✅ Return Eligibility (for non-customized items)

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged or defective on delivery.
  • Return request is raised within 7 days.
  • Item is unused, in original packaging with all tags.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage.

❌ Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Errors in personalization provided by customer.
  • Misjudged dimensions (clearly mentioned in listing).
  • Damage from improper use or handling.
  • Labels peeling or failing due to incorrect application.

✅ Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:
✔ Share unboxing video immediately.
✔ Return item in original packaging.
✔ We’ll reship at no extra cost or offer full refund—your choice.


✅ Refund Process

✔ Approved refunds processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
